I have a question about the sol and when is the best time to start clearing up my credit report. I live in Missouri and the sol for credit cards is 5 years and coming up in november is the 5 year mark since my last payment to cc companies. When is the better time to send a letter to the cra to get my credit cleared up? I have been told that it is best to send all of them at the same time and that there is a better chance that the cra will not investigate but just clear them off because of the number sent in, have you heard anything like this?
