If the debt has been sold you list the current creditor, the buyer of the debt. If the collection agency is only attempting to collect from the "original creditor" then you list the "original creditor" and list both the address of the collection firm and the creditor in the petition so they get notice. "Original creditor" is a misnomer because it connotes that the debt has been sold-which may not be the case.
