I have received the exact letter from Capital One/ Westmorland, only this one was charged off in 1990 - can you beleive that!? Have researched and both statutes are expired. Could I also obtain a copy of the C&D letter, I also want to warn them to not even come near my credit report w/ this. Someone said there are some specific steps... would you please help. Thank You
