What was the original purchase price of the car? Was the $11,000 figure the entire balance left on the note or the payoff figure? Did you receive a 20 day "right to cure" notice before the repo? Did the statement about the sale include where and when the sale was held? Have you looked up what the "blue book" figure was on the car at the time of sale?
