Oh, is that right?

See what I mean about collection scumbags being nothing more than a gang of criminally minded mutants operating their crime syndicate under the guise of a collection agency?
Precisely what do they mean by telling you that you'd better not tell about this SOL judgement error? Does this sound like the blackmailer who instructs his terrified victim that they'd better not tell the cops that they are being shaken down? You bet it does and for rather a good reason. Simply, it is the same conduct, no difference whatsoever.
When a predatory tells you not to talk about that which he is doing illegally to you, that is your cue to shout it from the rooftops to any and all who will hear. Start with the Federal Trade Commission, your state AG and the AG of the wretched state that was lax enough to allow an outhouse wannabe 'law' firm like W&A to incorporate within its boundaries in the first place.
Remember, predators inflict upon their would be victims the things which they most fear, and Mr. Witless Wolpoff and AXXXXXX Abramson have just told you that what they fear most is exposure of their extortionate conduct. Expose them. Hit these roaches with the strongest legal and governmental light you can muster, burn them into obliviousness by employing all legal and governmental assets at your command.
"don't tell anyone', good grief, and to think, some people take umbrage when I call these barn flies 'criminals'. Isn't that how every rapist bids adieu to his victim?
Give these criminals the FTC enema they so richly deserve. Call the FTC now, then the AG's, even the BBB, make sure their admonition to you about 'better not tell anyone' is heard far and wide. It's the trademark phrase of every blackmailer, criminal, rapist and just in general every gutless stupid pig in the rogues' gallery.

An' don' you go tellin' nobody, y'hear?,
