** I do not recall any type of notice to this effect. Neither does my husband.

Did the statement about the sale include where and when the sale was held?
** The statement did NOT include where the sale was held. We did receive a letter after the repo stating that we had 15 days to claim the vehicle for the full balance due.

Have you looked up what the "blue book" figure was on the car at the time of sale?
** No, but it had high mileage, ~ 130,000.00. It was a 98 Windstar Limited.
