The BK is almost a year old. The question your post raises is how did you find out about the BK?
You must know that the wipe out of Nextcard does not wipe out any ballance you may of had with them. Yahoo,the FDIC and other have a big stake in seeing that the ballances are collected on Nextell accounts. In short the BK court will have a reciver that has the full rights to collect on the Nextell accounts. You should find were the payments are to go. If you don't, sooner or later its going to show up on your credit report.
