Why Chat I tried to read and follow as best I could but it is still confusing. What if the move was from IL (5 year SOL) to FL (4 Year SOL)?
Since Ca. and Fl. both have a 4 year SOL for credit card debt-- what is your point?
If you go to my website, linked under the post "newcomers" and click on the State you are moving to, you will find their SOL and if there is an exception, I probably have it posted.
