CA's Closer to collecting for the IRS

Here's a cheery thought as befitting the spirit of Independence Day Weekend. According to news reports, collection agencies are one step closer to collecting back taxes on behalf of the IRS. This concept originated from levels well above the Internal Revenue Service, don't blame them. The thinking was that IRS can't locate a good deal of those presently owing back taxes and with the collection agencie's 'resources' so to speak, tax cheats would be quickly located and taxes more effiently collected.
Charming. And what resources are we talking about? Well, let's see, first the CA scumbags grab a list of citizens. Next to the name of each citizen is inscribed a dollar amount. This represents the sum of money the CA pig-plops wish to steal - by legitimate means - from that person. Whether or not taxes are owed is of no relevance. This is about taking all they can from whomever will give it up. Lovely.
Anyone who has had experience with taxes owed the IRS knows that so long as you keep regular contact with them and pay what you owe, they are kindly, forgiving, charitable as compared with the vicious half-wit junkyard dog bullies of the collection companies.
More than anything else what set off the IRS is unresponsiveness to a written notice. The more quickly one calls back and follows up in short order with a letter, the sooner is the matter resolved. Yes, there are and have been horror stories, but if the collection cow-pies actually are granted this privilege the worst IRS tales will pale by comparison.
