Aside from the accurate and truthful facts posted by the VERY WELCOME "A Tutorial" there is an even darker and deeper side to this story.

If someone searches the Corporate ownership of these bottom feeding CA's and traces the intertwined financial relationships and addresses of the "front men" officers and recorded "owners" it becomes a maze of foreign (non U.S.) financial arrangements and interconnected foreign holding companies.

Where DO the $$$ PROFITS they extort from their victims REALLY end up??
