SOL in Nevada is 4 years from "last activity" by YOU on the card in meaning if you were 30 days late lets say july 1st but they let you make a charge ( not counting their nonsense fees & charges becouse that means nothing ) august 6 th well its 4 yrs from the aug 6th date , of course im only using these dates as an example .. honestly in my opinion MOST debt consolidation co's are a ripoff & only will get you in deeper while your credit is still being trashed so in my opinion id stay away from them ..yeah gotta say your talking about alot of debt & i dont know of your exact situation but the good thing about Nevada is that were a closed border state in meaning despite what collection co's tell you from any other state BUT here in Nevada they cannot sue you becouse to sue a Nevada resident they must be in Nevada so they'd have to hire a Nevada attorney & sue you here .. well hope it helped some & good luck from Laughlin , heck its 116 here today , HOT HOT HOT lol , bye kelly ........................
