from 1992 I would forget it. Westmorland/Capital is another scavenger looking for a cheap meal. I would pay Capital One off on the other card just because they are a lousy creditor to have. I really don't think there is any way than can attach your past charge off to your current account. No, it shouldn't appear on your credit report and, if they start to call..tell them to stop (in writing of course). You should have no motivation to pay a charge off that old.
