you have already jacked up you credit, go to a loan company and asked them if you pay these off will they then loan you money for a house if they say yes then get it in writing and pay off debt. if they so no (I think they will because they are to recent)then do not pay, wait the 7 yrs. remember your credit is the second most important issue in your life. stop screwing it up.
