call the 800 numbers to order your reports. you will need to provide copies of your drivers lisc. and maybe ss. card. usually if you can provide your current address, and ssn, you can get a copy. maybe mail the cra's id info and a short explaination of the problem. i am sure they will help if you follow their 'red tape' procedures. i know it's annoying...
