well you could always dispute these items with the cra's and hope they fall off... it doesn't mean you don't owe the money or that you can't be sued... but it could help your credit...

yes, before you can get a loan, you will have to pay these debts, but in the present, try rebuilding, 2 years of good credit without any more negs, can significantly improve your situation. try a rebuilding type credit card (yes i know the interest sucks and the fees are terrible) but it's a way to rebuild a serious necessity...c...r...e..d..t..
