thank you why chat, people in other credit forums keep telling me that i should sue for damages and what not, and that it is a violation of dr/patient... all that...

i have heard that billing/insurance info is okay for health providers to release, but not all of the medical records from the visit with all of the nity gritty details...

you are the first to say that the ca is not in violation... i kept thinking that the ca and/or doctor would not make such a mistake, but i wanted to follow through. i appreciate the insight!! thanks
