Got Cr Back & Can't Identify A Name--Help!

I live in Texas. Got our CR back and EFX listed Creditor as Unknown Creditor/200 Collection. Says acct opened 02-03 and updated last deliquent as 03-03, comments: Account submitted by: Professional Re. Unpaid. Then Univeral is listed twice..Once by RMA, saying customer unable to locate subject, (beauty of CID) then again by Unvl/Citi saying it was updating to 05-00. I have the Letter to CA's ready to go, but not sure how to handle the Unknown & Unvl/Citi. All debts (including Discover) dropped off but these CA's who have redated them. If they can come back with say the application from forever ago, do I have to find proof of the last payment date or do they?
