If the lda on a cc is 4/97 and it is sold to ca and you pay ca to keep from going to court, but you don't sign a renewed promise to pay or new agreement with them. Wouldn't the sol be up by now on this debt? A member on another board is trying to say it is now 5 years from this months payment. Anyone know for sure? I read whychats site and it seems to me that you would have to do a new agreement for the sol to be re-started to bring an action. There is so much there I want to be for sure.
