Hey all! Happy Be-Late-Ed 4th! Does anyone know of a FREE site where I can check to see if I have any Judgements against me per county, in the state of Missouri?

Also, WhyChats awesome website states MO Judgements (Domestic) has a SOL of 10 years. Revived every 3? What does that mean exactly? They can renew it every 3 years, but it expires after 10 and it is done? And say I had 3 Judgements, Would judgement time add 10 years for each making 30? Or just 10 years from time of Judgement order for each one? My roommate, who I am renting a room from has a $12,000.00 Judgement from 1999 on his house, but never went to court or anything and never cared how it worked. He says he has perfect credit otherwise and is not planning on selling anytime soon so he will stand-out the judgement. Does this mean at the 10 year mark, the Judgement will no longer be and his home will be cleared from the debt? What does all this mean?

What about cars that are paid for in my name? I am on a title with my Step-son from a prior marriage as co-owner as well as with my Mother on her car and I have my own vehicle in my name only. (I am assuming my ex-wife changed the title on hers to remove my name)I am also considering buying my ex-wife's daughter a vehicle if she starts college this year. All owned cars have value to them over $5000.00.
Can co-owned vehicles get judgements or be sold if only one owner gets sued?

I moved around Missouri a lot for my job the last 3 years and some bills just got lost. Now that I have a perminant working location, I want to get things in order to buy a home. I have problems with 2 credit cards with low balances and a phone bill that was from service that was supposed to be turned off the day I moved, but stayed on after I moved out. Because I moved so much, I did not update with the CRAs each time, therefor I was hard-to-find and thinking I may have or will get a judgement on something. All are well within the SOL, oldest being 2 1/2 years and I do not want any surprises when I buy a house next year or after the equity builds up. No judgements are on my credit reports. Accounts are charged-off and only the phone bill is with a collection agency and that is Calvary. I was not aware of any of these debts until the weekend when I pulled my first report in 5 years. All else is perfect. I know to check my reports more often now. Until I get this cleared up, I will not update my CRA info. That would be best for now I think.

Anyone?

Thanks a lot!

Mr. Crazy Bird
