What is the phone number for Sherman Acquisition? They are also on my credit report. They say that I owe them 1,073.00. For LadyNRed i am having a problem with my credit report as far as everything thats on my credit report was put on there before i was 18 years old and now i am 19 years old and i am trying to get a car and i can't get anything because my credit is messed up my beacon score is 478 this is low and it's not my fault. I called capital one yesterday and this guy said that he was gonna send me an affidavit for me to fill out and send back, but providian when i called a lady named Janice in fraud prevention she was mean but she claimed there was no record of me having an account ever with them she says that she tried to pull me up by acct number and social and they could not find me in their system but on my credit report they say i owe them 926.00. So what can i do?
