someone at creditnet insists that this is a case of malpractice and that the doctor has violated patient/doctor privacy...

second...you mention that because my debt is prior to 4/03... hippa is not applicable... so would your letter even help? also if i have been in touch with the ca, have i waived my privacy rights?
