If you had an account that "went bad" and created a situation that required you to be in the "hardship" program-- WHEN did it "go bad" did you skip a payment? Were you late on a payment? Did you pay less than the minimum required? THAT date is technically the start of your 3 year Ok SOL.

The FCRA requires that a creditor report that FIRST delinquency date to the CRA. Experian is the only one that clearly shows the date by showing when the account is scheduled for removal from the report.

You can also in your affirmative answer refer to the material in the class action suit and demonstrate that your interest rate exceeed the legal interest rate in Ok.
