I sent registered letters today to 2 of them. RMA & Progressive Asset Mngmt. If by chanch (these accts have been sold many times in 7 years) they valadate, will the valadation have a date on them? LdynRed has said many times on here, have definite proof of orginal charge off date, I'm a pack rat and MIGHT be able to find old letter from them, what happens if I don't? It shows it's been re-aged on the report I just got, cause it's repeated from 2 different people but it's the same acct. One just doesn't show acct opening date. I understand Citi bought AT&T Universal. The charge off dates show 1 yr & 5 mo's difference (they're actually 4 yrs off). I'm still not sure of how to get the inquiries off, do they come off, if no valadation appears? Is Citi considered OC since they bought Universal Card?
