Follw the advice about the 1099C regarding filing properly.

Get a consumer lawyer to help you if you can with the rest of it.

Do NOT ever "bundle up papers" and send them to anyone.

Get everything together, make copies,(scan them so you can e-mail them if necccessary)

Write out a covering transcript with a "time-line" referring to each document,cancelled check etc.That way you can file a complaint and attach the same transcript to each complaint.

Check with the IRS as to where you would file a complaint and qualify for the % reward for their collection/or fine.
