He makes as ever an excellent point. Even the most bragadocious, self-righteous, fearsome collection greaszy-suit lawyer has been known to make a beeline for the 'adult incontinence products' aisle of the nearest supermarket, dropping his collection lawsuit in the process upon hearing that the state banking commission has taken 'an interest' in his practices. Expressed perhaps, some 'concerns' as to their operating procedures. Right, Mr. Bartman? What'choo-all say 'bout dat, el Rufo? Hmmmm? No doubt a certain Mr. Sussman, he of National Check Control, has some fond words for his state regulatory agencies.
Nail these bums, get them, get every last one of them. Burn them out of their hidey-holes with every legal resource you can muster - your rights, state and local agencies, the better business bureau, web bulletin boards.
Teach them to walk in your ways, that you go about your business humbly, quietly, with dignity, upright in the knowledge that as you respect the boundaries of others, you will not for one instant suffer those who are compelled to cross yours.
