I called Fingerhut yesterday to ask about this acct that had been opened and what i could do to get this resolved with them and they said that they could not talk to me because i was not the acct holder and i said to them how am i not the acct holder but my name is on the acct? and then the rude man hung up on me! that made me so mad i almost cried i am so tired of this mess.
