As Patti said - do not talk to any CA at this point. You're going to have to write letters. You need to go after this identity theft/fraud a different way. Start with the credit burueas and a police report. Then you go after the creditors/collection agencies as the accounts are invalid due to the fraud/id theft.

You need to calm down and get down to cold logic and procedures on this. I know its tough, but its what you're going to HAVE to do. You were a MINOR when these accounts were opened fraudulently, so you have a double-whammy to use on this.
