Cap One Nightmare continues..need advise badly

I am seeking to obtain a mortgage and the credit report indicates a CapOne charge off 10/7/02; 6/2000; 7/2000; 9/2001; 7/2001; 11/200 and 2/2003; What the heck is this???? The account was charged off in originally in 10/99 (?) for $750.00 now it is showing that I owe them $1270.00 and all these charge off dates would indicate that they are charging me interest and fees and then charging those off every few months.....what mess !!! Any advise on how to handle this would be very much appreciated, I believe the SOL in Washington State is 3 years....I recall "Barbara" telling me at one point that she would see to it that my credit would be permanately ruined and she is holding true to her word..... H E L P ....this is really causing havoc in my life right now.
