judgment.....can they do this?????

In June 2002 I settled with OC, in Nov 2002 thier attorneys got a default judgement (i found out in April after all bank accounts were frozen).
My attorney has filed paperwork to vacate judgement adn their attorneys repsonded that the documentation I have from the OC is fraudulent!!! I need to know how long this typically takes to get resolved ( the judge is reviewing??), adn possible what the outcome will be. THe money that is frozen in the bank is really hurting me financially sicne now I am trying to play catch up, and my husband just went back to work after 7 month layoff. Accordign to my credit report the judgment is "satisfied", but accordign to the Count Clerk it is not??? Also, until recently my credit report showed this account w/ HOUSEHOLD BANK as a zero balance and paid. Now it show as charge off.
I am so confused!!!!! Help?? (btw I am in NYS)
