I live in PA The credit card debt was with MBNA I last paid on it in Feb 2003 - One of the reasons I stopped paying them is on one of the other accts I had with MBNA they took a payment out of our checking account on a day that they did not have authorization. I did get the money back but not before it caused several problems for me. The attorney who called us for payment is located in NY
