sorry i am not whychat or lady, by law it is 180 days, 6 mo. but they can charge off sooner i they want. i have 2 that are at 120 days. here is what happened to me though, they took longer than that to charge me off, even though my cr says 120, and 180, they lsted my date of last activity as being later than it was by acouple of months, but i have proof of my dola. this is from the oc, so far as i know the ca's have not posted to my cr's yet, or it hasnt caught up yet.
i thught my charge offs would never happen, took soooo long, now i know why, oc reaged my dol. haha on them.
