Thanks so much for your response to my earlier post re: Cap1..it would appear that since the original charge off was $750 plus or minus and now the balance is almost $1300 that they are indeed charging this off time after time OR am I completely misinterpeting this?? My last payment to them was 10/99 and the date of last activity is showing as 10/99 on the CR...all those dates are confusing as hell to me and to anyone looking at my credit report.....it's almost like they keep reporting this with all those dates as a deliberate act to ruin me.... I am sooooooo confused........
