okay here it is (the latest) I spoke to capital one again, they said that my acct has been moved to someone else because we no longer live in va they have given it to someone else. she told me to call back in a few days and she could tell me more. they could not take my settlement because I had to talk with the other office. I asked her about my warrant in debt date and she said that it would get dismissed and reassigned. does that sound right or should i still write the courts. I am going to call her in a few days . I really want to get this settled. O do you know if the new company can clear my credit report? thanks for ALL the info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
