Is the CA reporting to the CRA yet? If not, send the CA nothing, and edit the HIPAA letter to reflect ANY reporting now or in the future.

If the CA IS reporting,just use the letter as is. Once you SEND the letter, any request for validation from the CA MAY be considered as a waiver of your privacy rights under HIPAA and you would lose your advantage.
