They can NOT keep "tapping your credit report" on a debt that old. It should not even BE on your credit reports AT ALL after the 7 year reporting period ran out 5 years ago ! If they re-aged, you sue them for FCRA violations. If they put it back on after it was obsolete, you dispute with the credit bureaus as obsolete and you sue Midland for FCRA violations !!! At this pint, they don't even have permissable purpose to keep doing inquiries - more FCRA violations !'

At $1000 PER VIOLATION, plus damages, you can rack up quite a tidy sum against the scum at MCM.
