paid collection--NCO

just got a credit bureau from equisux and got another collection deleted!

but i looked and saw where a collection from NCO is reporting paid. I was paying on a medical bill (sending the checks directly to the hospital) and now it is showing a 0 balance.

my question is how do i go about getting it deleted? I know i can send a letter, but how should i word it so i don't piss them off?
