There is a 7 year limit for reporting. This only is limited in SOME cases if you send a SOL letter to any collection agency who is reporting a BALANCE DUE.

This will still leave the OC chargeoffs on your reports until 7 years past the FIRST delinquency, (not the chargeoff date).

You can find out when they will come off your report (or at least when they SHOULD come off your report) by looking at your Experian report.
