Please Help Court Date 08-15

I been sent a summons for court 8-15. My 98 credit report shows this accounts last activity as 4-96. I live in CO.This is for a CC. I answered my summons. I then had to file my disclosure info. I made payments on this acct in 2002 and 2001. Then I found this site, Yeah. Iread in CO it is from the last date of use or current payiing, not past due or late etc. I sent a letter to the attorney stateing the SOL was up. Today I get more stuff from them. Shows I made a payment in 1997 of 35.00. The late fee was 15.oo and overlimit fee 15.00. Does this mean I was current? I don't know what to do now. Please Help. Thanks Sooo Much
