All of this comes from court papers (there answer to my vacating, since I was not served, and account was paid).
The basis of their claim is that they (HHB) DO NOT settle with customers, they allow their attorneys to do that (BS!), also that I made up the e-mial that states it is paid!! Well please do tell how to forge an email!!!
You don't have to tell me about these jerks, I have a 6 inch file on them and their wrong doings! I just want to know what I am up against, and why it is taking the judge so long to decide! It is July now, and all of this began in April!!!
