medical bills...ca says they don't rep the oc anymore

hi,

i have a bill with a ca, it's been transferred a few times, but the ca that had it last was deleted from two cra's but not experian... i called the ca (i know i know) and found out that they had two bills for me...one for 138 and another for 200...but they were only reporting the 138 (same oc, sort of)

well when they pulled my 'file' the ca on the phone mumbeld, 'we don't even represent this client anymore' they responded to d/v with a print out... i am in the process of sending experian a pr letter, but i was just wondering if anyone had any advice on that comment "we don't even represent this oc anymore"...

i just realized that the ca is in another state, so i am going to look into the lisencing/bonding thing...but that comment really made me wonder...
