hi, i read your website and the link to the hippa/fcra on the letter... i am an idiot and don't understand. i have a medical bill from a physciatric hospital on my report from 4 years ago. the problem is, i had it deleted, but it's back on another report (i am going to do something about that) but incase it doesn't come off, because i can't afford to pay it right now and use the letter it's kind of a lot; i wondered what i could do about them reporting the hospital's name as oc including the word 'psychiatric' in the name??? since my report has health info on it, does that mean people can only obtain it through written permission (from me) i didn't quite get that... also, even though the hippa thing happened this year, you can still use that letter on old medical bills? thanks so much.
