thanks for the info, after i send the CA the sol letter can i write the CRA's and attach the copy of the letter i sent to the CA to have them remove the negative credit item? and does this mean they can keep hitting my acct credit report as much as they want? thanks they hit me again for the acct in 98, in jan of 2003 it seems unfair
