I haven't stopped paying my cards yet, I have 2, one balance high the other isn't.. Of course I've cut them up.. But, the one I have thats the highest calls me and threatens me if I'm 4 days late.. What to do?? I'm having trouble paying the highest due to lost my job.. They don't want to help work it out, they just keep telling me I owe double payments if I'm late.. So I'm concidering stopping payment of the rude one.. Can they sue me?? What can they do?? I've heard they can't really make you pay a credit card debt cause it's not secured...
