I went to the laws on this site and then to SOL for CO. It says 6 years for everything.Other sites I have been on say 6 yrs also. Also some sites I looked at for CO SOL say that it restarts the clock if you make a paymen. What I've read on here says that is not true. Do have a link to the law that proves this. I have not hired an attorney but this is all very confusing to me. Also I got my credit report form trans union and equifax. They don't show anything about this account. Yesterday I my report from Experian and it shows this account as updated 2001. Now more confused. Thanks so much for help and patience.
