As I said, they can refile the lawsuit, but if they can't fulfil the required service statutes, it will be tossed again.

They COULD file suit by an alternative method, if you go to my website, and look under "Misc. Legal Stuff" you will find each State's rules of service.

The old idea about "tolling" if you left the State for a year and then returned was tossed out by the courts when the States developed alternate methods of service.

If you are still within your NEW State's SOL, you can be sued there.
