the same thing happened to me the sol is up but the CA are actually repoting it on my CR anyway. i would also like to know what to do to have these things taken off my CR (if possible) the dla was in 98 I know the original creditor can keepit on my CR for 7 yrs but can other CAs who bought the acct after the sol keep hitting me or can i fight back?
