>>>Welcome to collections hell. You’ll find much sympathy on this board. Amongst the majority of your fellow Americans, all you’ll hear is “Pay your damn bills."<<<

Sounds like to me you are one of those what you call "straight line extortionists"

I have read many posts on here, I have found very few asking or looking for sympathy. Most of all need advice and direction on the correct way to deal with a "straight line extortionists".

Please explain this "bankruptcy tax" you talk about that cost $400 per family????? If your inclining the government is picking up the tab when someone files a ch 7 bankruptcy. Then read deeper your wrong.

A bank or lending institution will-not further the collection of an unpaid debt. only because they don't want to pay anymore to further the debt. Just as in the case of why a debt is sold and sold again. A bank and lending institution know very well the laws to abide by when collecting. As well as, they know that the laws are "slightly" different than to a CA. But, are now being held to those same very laws more and more. As like the IRS may be turning to CA's for the simple fact its cheaper to sell it rather than pay employees, paper ect to try and collect on it.

I find your post follow-up very appalling and badly informed. And it just seems you hang around this post to look for links to someone who has been evading their bills. I myself have been in-touch with Sherman Acquisitions I personally REFUSE to give them a dime knowing they have paid pennies on the dollar for the account and want me to pay them FULL AMOUNT + accumulating interest(I don’t think so). And if it is going to hurt me anyway for the next 2 yrs. WHAT THE HECK MAKE THEM SUFFER TOO!!!!!
Or maybe one of their next horrendous phone calls will be the one I can sue them for and I can finally tell them "Thank You".

You may think:
Because they can. They can. They can.
Some day someone will find a loophole inside of this loophole and be gone with these “straight line extortionists"

I am thinking you are from one of these CA’s If so then; what are the terms between the debtor, CA and original creditor? I am curious and would like to know since me as a debtor, am always kept ill-informed of these terms and conditions.

John
