Credit card question

I was wondering if a Credit Card company (Providian)can harass you constantly day in and day out over a balance... Yes i owe the money and intend to pay it but they call my husbands work 3 or 4 times a day on the weekend they call us 3 or 4 times on saturday and sunday..... Is there anything we can do to stop this?...... We have made payments on the CC every month but they are harrassing us for "over drawn" amounts... Like i said we make the min payments every month but about 2 weeks ago we started getting these nasty calls from them.... We brought one current and a day later they started hounding us on the other one..... threating us and what not....... I am not sure if there is a way to stop this as it hasnt went to collections .
