Don't pay these piles of croaking frog vomit one lousy cent. AssXXXX crapceptance Crap-o-ration is a scumbag outfit. Visit their website, mandatory reading for those who wish to study the lives and habits of intestinal parasites.
Run the name of Rufus "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel through the google along with Nathaniel "Brad" Bradley, the founder and president of this fine company respectively. Run Reitzel through the tax files for Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Nice racket he has, isn't it? Pays for lots of nice properties, all from the blood and tears of those who can't pay at all. Run Reitzel through the tax rolls in Polk County, Florida. Nice, huh?
Boy, wouldn't we like to make so much money from so little abeit scummy predatory work? This company is legendary for slandering credit by re-aging the debt on your report. They file time barred actions on SOL debts and hope you don't show, in order to get a default judgement. They hope you'll send some sort of well intentioned letter of inquiry which they will then try to use as 'proof' that you acknowledged the debt, thus tolling the SOL. Bullshale.
These people are nothing but racketeers. If you run the name of this fine venereal old scumpany through the google you'll be provided with some fine hearthside reading, all of it detailing the numerous lawsuits they've gleaned for themselves and lost as result of their illegal goon tactics.
Pay them nothing, nail them for every violation you can. You have friends here. You are a small business person. They contacted you about personal debt at your place of employ? Violation number one. Bash them with every legal counter tactic. Many of us are small business people or were at one time, some of us are disabled, elderly, young and completely deranged, middle aged and devoid of a suntan. One thing we are not is a bunch of cheap, low-rent extortionists the likes of which hide out in the bowels of AssXXXX crap-septic crap-o-ration so as to prey upon consumers while protecting their pretty little swinesnouts from retaliatory damage.
Start damaging them today, cost them money. Call the Federal Trade Commission and dictate a complaint, follow up with a letter to them and also your state attorney General. Detail everything which they have stated and done. Keep a logbook of every contact with them. Treat them as you would a stalker, become your own cop. Investigate these bums, after a while you get used to the smell. You will let them know by your determination that you are not their victim, best they'd move along to their next mark.

Best,

Keyser Soze
