Show the mortgage broker the bk filing matrix where those 2 creditors are listed. Also, dispute the trade ine with the CRA's as out of date. Chargeoffs should fall off automatically after 7 years.
A chargeoff is an accounting term where the account is charged to p/l after 180 days of nonpayment.
